Consumers are ALWAYS RIGHT!!! Is that still true...???

Thank you for reading my first blog.

My name is Raouf, 32 years old and I currently live in Washington DC.

I want to share with everyone a negative experience I had recently with a local business in my area(2block from my place). I pass by this business Everyday, they know me and I know them (so i thought). How can this Happen? Are they aware of this? Are they so rich now to brush off local consumers and still stay in business?
Are these people aware of the consequences?For starters, they lost my business. But that doesn't make me feel any better. I want EVERYONE in the neighborhood to learn from my experience and stop giving business to that store. They need to realize that we, the local consumers, are their lively hood.

That is why i started www.REVUPAGES.COM so negative experiences like mine will stop from happening. Because when the community act as ONE, the world listens.
